Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and [Legal Entity Name, Company Number], registered at [Registered Address, United Kingdom], trading as "LocalSEO.uk" ("we", "us", "our"). They apply when you sign up for, subscribe to, or otherwise use the Services described below. By creating an account, subscribing, or clicking "I agree", you accept these Terms.

We provide done-for-you Local SEO services, audit tools, and access to the Local Growth Dashboard ("Services"). Specific deliverables for each plan are outlined at sign-up and in your account. We may update or improve the Services from time to time.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Some features rely on third-party services, including Google Business Profile, Google Sign-In, Stripe, and our hosting and AI sub-processors. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms — including the Google Business Profile Policies and the Google Terms of Service. You authorise us to access and process your Google account data via OAuth 2.0 for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke that access at any time from your Google account or from the dashboard.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in breach of any law or third-party rights.
• Use the Services to manipulate Google search results in ways that breach Google's policies (e.g. cloaking, fake reviews, spam).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or sub-license the Services or data accessed through them, except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Services to access Google data for any business or location you are not authorised to manage.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Services.

The Local SEO Growth Plan starts at £295/month for 3 locations, with £100/month per additional location. Fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable. Failed payments may result in suspension of the Services after reasonable notice.

All Local SEO Growth Plan engagements have a 3-month minimum term. We start delivering services immediately after sign-up so the work can compound into measurable results within that window. After the minimum term, your subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis and you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

If you cancel before the end of the 3-month minimum term, you waive the right to receive any further Local SEO services from the cancellation date, but the remaining minimum-term balance remains payable as an off-boarding fee (see below). This covers the off-boarding work we still need to carry out — handing back assets, closing out reporting, and tidying up campaigns we have already launched on your behalf.

The off-boarding fee is the sum of the remaining monthly fees within your 3-month minimum term, calculated from the date you request cancellation. For example, if you cancel during month 2 of a £295/month plan, one month's fee (£295) becomes immediately payable as an off-boarding fee. The fee is invoiced when you submit your cancellation request and must be settled before the service is fully closed down.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordering digital services online normally have a 14-day right to cancel without giving a reason.

Because our work is time-sensitive — the value of Local SEO comes from starting and compounding quickly — we ask every customer to request immediate delivery of the service at checkout by ticking the relevant consent box. By doing so you acknowledge and agree that, once we begin work (which happens straight after subscription), you lose your right to cancel under those Regulations. The 3-month minimum term and off-boarding fee then apply to any cancellation request.

If you would prefer not to waive the 14-day cooling-off period, please don't tick the consent box at checkout — and instead get in touch so we can discuss a delayed-start engagement.

Local SEO improves visibility over time. We commit to best-practice strategy and consistent execution, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, leads, or revenue — Google's algorithms are outside our control.

You agree to give us reasonable access to your website, Google Business Profile, and other relevant accounts so we can do our work, to provide accurate information, and to respond to requests for information in a timely way. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and authority to grant us that access.

We retain all rights in the Services, including the dashboard, audit methodologies, software, and templates. You retain all rights in your business content (websites, photos, copy, data). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content as needed to deliver the Services.

Our handling of personal data and Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Except as expressly stated, we make no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the previous three (3) months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Either party may terminate the Services in accordance with the cancellation rules above. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms (including the acceptable-use rules) or if we are required to do so by law or by a third-party service provider (such as Google).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
